Giant Pixel Super Mario

Check out this Giant Super Mario Bros Pixel Art that I made using 6 different wood types. By cutting over 1200 wooden blocks, I turned 5 of my favorite Mario Bros characters' 8-bit images into wood art - Mario, Goomba, Toad, the Question Block, and the Fire Flower. Each pixel was made by using different types of wood like bloodwood, purple heart, walnut, maple, and cherry. And for an added touch, I also incorporated battery-operated LED lights on the back to really make it seem like they were coming straight out of a video game!
